According to news sources, about 2,300 Children’s Henley Pima Cotton Pajamas have been recalled due to failure to meet federal flammability standards and therefore posing a burn hazard to children.
The company, Bliss Collection LLC, has announced the voluntary recall in cooperation with The U.S Consumer Product Safety Commission after it was found that the pajamas failed to meet safety standards and posed a burn injury risk to children. The pajamas are a two-piece sleepwear made out of cotton and come in different colors including, blue, whit, red and pink.
There have been no reports of injury to date.
The pajamas have a retail price ranging from $48 to $58 and have been sold from Jan 2008 through June 2011.
Consumers with the recalled product should take it away from children immediately and contact the company at (866) 846-5295 for a full refund.
