According to news sources, certain recalled beef products sold in Hannaford stores may be reportedly contaminated with Salmonella after about 14 people fell ill possibly due to the consumption of contaminated beef.
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention has reported about 14 cases of illnesses possibly due to a recalled ground beef product, which has a Sell By date December 17, 2011 or earlier. Ten of the 14 cases reported claimed to have bought the ground beef from a Hannaford store.
