The Enesco Limited Liability Company has issued a voluntary recall for 300 units of its ONIM ceramic wine goblets imprinted with the phrase “Any Wine Will Do” and designated by stock keeping unit number 4026171 due to the possibility that the wine goblets exceed the Food and Drug Administration’s guidelines for safe levels for leachable lead and cadmium allowable in a beverage container. Enesco distributed the “Any Wine Will Do” wine goblets for sale in retail outlets in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin.
The ceramic goblet has the word “wine” painted in a variety of colors on its exterior and interior. “Any Wine Will Do” is printed on the front, and “I Would Like To Apologize In Advance For My Behavior Tonight” is printed on the back, both phrases inside yellow circles on black and white checked backgrounds.
Consumers affected by this recall should return the goblet to the original place of purchase to receive a refund of the full purchase price.
