Discussions are being had in the South Wales town of Tregunnor to improve child pedestrian safety in the area. At issue is the fact that three lanes of high-speed traffic rest between children headed to school and the bus stops where they’re required to wait. Officials with the village, which resides on the edge of Carmarthen, are asking the public to comment on the matter. Once they do, the next year will be spent implementing safety procedures that are decided upon.
