A spat of motorcycle accidents in Knoxville, Tennessee has led safety officials to call upon all riders to drive safely. The mayor of Knox County was involved in one of the crashes, while two police officials were involved in two others. Those collisions ironically took place during a “Ride for Life” event. The state’s highway patrol is using these instances as an opportunity to inform citizens about the importance of submitting to training classes and understanding the rules of the road.
