Reumofan Plus sold across the country is being recalled because the labels fail to declare those drugs that are present within the medication. The recall pertains to products from Lot 99515 that have an expiration date of 09/16. One person has already reported sustaining an illness in association with this product, which was available in a gold and green package with 30 tablets found inside. Sold via the internet, the product contains dexamethasone, diclofenac, and methocarbamol, but the lack of a disclosure of these ingredients puts the item in the category of an unapproved drug. Given the severe threat to health, consumers are being asked to see a doctor at once if they’ve taken the product. The product should be returned immediately to the Springfield, Massachusetts-based Reumofan Plus.
