A variety of smoked fish are being recalled by the Sitka, Alaska-based Big Blue Fisheries due to a potential Botulism threat posed by the products. The recall pertains to King Salmon, Salmon Filet, Salmon Bellies, Black Cod, and a variety pack that includes multiple types of smoked fish. The recall affects all those products with a pack date between September 24, 2011 and 2013 that were available across the country. Improper cooking is reportedly to blame for the threat.
