The 54th Annual Consumer Attorneys of California Convention will kick off this weekend at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco and Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP attorneys and staff are among the featured speakers participating in this year’s distinguished event.
On Friday, November 6, PSBR paralegal Cesar R. Garcia will discuss Technology At Trial (It Does Not Start At Trial), providing valuable information to legal assistants, paralegals and lawyers during the session entitled, How To Effectively Manage Your Cases (A Paralegal’s Perspective).
Firm partner Adam Shea will step to the podium on Saturday morning to speak on Maximizing Future Medical Costs: Exposing and Crushing the Defense Tactics followed by attorney Rahul Ravipudi who will serve as moderator during a session entitled, Connecting with the Jury.
Saturday afternoon sessions include Robert E. Cartwright, Sr. Award recipient and firm partner Brian Panish who will speak on catastrophic injuries and wrongful death during the Masters On Damages session and attorney Deborah Chang discussing dangerous conditions and schools including bus stops, crosswalks, and safe classrooms during the Government Liability/Roadway Design session.

PSBR attorney and 2015-16 President of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Barristers Section, Robert Glassman will wrap up the convention Sunday morning with a session entitled, Ethical Responsibilities of a New Lawyer In the Practice of Law. Mr. Glassman will speak on dealing with social media during the discovery process.
