Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP founding partner Brian Panish will participate in the upcoming American Bar Association Section of Litigation Roadshow 2.0 – Precision Advocacy: Reinventing Motion Practice to Win – Los Angeles. Moderated by Honorable Jeremy Fogel, “Roadshow 2.0” will tackle the challenge of making motions better with discussions lead by local judges as well as top plaintiffs’ and defense counsel. These national and local thought leaders will analyze problems with current practice and offer new, better, and cutting edge approaches for resolving interlocutory disputes, including how to:
- Employ novel informal processes to narrow disputes or obviate having to file a motion
- Streamline motions to make them more efficient and powerful
- Focus the judge’s attention on what really matters
- Obtain faster decisions and better results
The event will take place on Thursday, April 27 from 8:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. in Courtroom 1 of the United States District Courthouse located at 350 W. Fifth Street, Los Angeles and is presented with the support of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
