Additional speakers on the topic include Taylor Rayfield, Courtney Rowley and Oliver Taillieu. Martin Aarons will serve as moderator for the session.
3:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Spencer Lucas will present “Using Demonstrative Evidence in Your Opening Statement” during the Opening Statements session in Room D. Additional speakers on the topic include Hon. Kevin Brazile, Christine Spagnoli, Douglas Silverstein, Mike Arias, Rick Friedman and Victor George. Twila White will serve as moderator for the session.

9:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m.: Deborah Chang will present “Setting the Stage: Telling the Story” during the Premises Cases session to be held in Room A. Additional speakers include jeff Greenman, Mauro Fiore, Jr., Minh Nguyen, Stuart Fraenkel and Tal Rubin. Timothy Loranger will serve as moderator and the Hon. Michelle Court will serve as judge for the session.
