Jonathan Davidi
As a trial attorney at Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP, Jon Davidi represents individuals in complex personal injury, wrongful death, and product defect cases. Passionate about trial work and representing people in their time of need, Mr. Davidi has obtained over $100 million in verdicts and settlements for his clients. He has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star and named to the 2023 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list.
Mr. Davidi has trial experience as lead and co-lead counsel and has won seven verdicts since 2020. Some notable verdicts include:
- Dillon v. City of Los Angeles: Mr. Davidi and firm partners Robert Glassman and Tom Schultz obtained an $11,045,000 verdict for a motorcyclist who was struck by a LADWP truck.
- LeClair v. Morton: Mr. Davidi and firm partner Robert Glassman achieved $1,609,904 verdict for a motorcyclist who sustained a hip fracture in an accident.
- Manzo v. LGS Transport, Inc.: A $1,125,000 verdict for a car crash where the defense argued that the crash did not cause injuries.
- Beckman v. Laguna: A Los Angeles jury awarded $866,000 for a case where the insurance company’s best offer was just $75,000.
His experience and reputation for trying cases helps Mr. Davidi achieve superior results via settlement as well, including a $10,000,000 settlement for a tree fall case, a $3,700,000 settlement for a head injury, and over 20 other seven-figure and eight-figure settlements.
Mr. Davidi is co-chair of the UC Hastings College of the Law Los Angeles Alumni chapter, and currently sits on the University’s Board of Governors. He received his J.D. from UC Hastings where he was a member of the Honor Society and graduated cum laude. He was also a member of the mock trial team, where he won the American Association for Justice National Championship.
Fluent in Farsi, Mr. Davidi is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Nevada, and the State Bar of Texas. He is also an active member of both the Consumer Attorneys Association of California (CAALA) and the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). Outside of work, he enjoys live music, new restaurants, and the Los Angeles Lakers.
